100 ft Lennon birthday message sent to Yoko scroll

A 100 foot long "John Lennon 70th Birthday manuscript message", registered with hundreds of affectionate messages and drawings of peace, was sent to Yoko Ono, in New York today by mail special delivery U.S. today, said longtime Lennon and Beatles fan Jerry Rubin.
A young fan signing scroll (photo by Brad Stubbs)The scroll was fielded to the extraordinary John Lennon 70th birthday public celebration that took place on 9 October, in front of the Capitol Records in Hollywood Walk of Fame Star of Lennon Tower building.
Rubin said: "" fans of all ages signed and put their heartfelt messages on scrolling YH ' I sent the delivery of extraordinary very special scroll to Yoko Ono with love and hope for world peace. ""
