John Lennon, Give Peace a chance-the US vs John Lennon

John Winston Lennon

Born during a German air raid

In the midst of World War II

Son of a merchant seaman

Raised by MOM and Mimi

Mendips House your childhood

Where you and your signature

Loveable mop-top were grown

Adorable boys from Liverpool

After allowing it to Beatlemania

John reunited with father Freddie

Leon Wildes, his lawyer immigration

Told him: "a man of great principle"

Blessed are the peacemakers

For they shall be called sons of God

Even if you are a national threat

Gov't and military institution

John's death was no accident

As a peace loving citizen of Utopia

Giovanni asked for diplomatic immunity

In the name of his brilliant new country

For which was a proud Ambassador

Oddly prophetic days are these

History is back repetitiously

Johnny more unique and interesting

Once again we shout peace give a chance!

The Republicans have a new love story

In one of the calibre of George w. Bush

War without end he push forever

Meanwhile the world hates us more

Innocent Suffering and curious

Angry, consider also the score.

In your day was quite a chore

the FBI and President Richard Nixon

Maneuvering secretly as a vixen

Dick hard covertly couldn't quit

He is overcome with your spirit

Nixon and his Cabinet warmonger

Lennon sued the u.s. Government

With confidence, he did not cower to power

Nor would he let them malign and devour

To Yoko, John ran as high as a tower

Exercise much courage and wisdom

Faith, never give in to intimidation

Love, peace and people empowering

Was his only and sincere motivation

Walk of life of John was an evolution

An artist openly providing inspiration

Through America's most dangerous times

Soul of John remained hopeful and sublime

Courageously John was his land

Despite wiretapping, interference Gov't

Immigration deportation documents

John had intellectual vigour and brilliance

It was a powerful solution against pollution

He thoughtfully birthed a human revolution

Build bridges with the Black Brothers

Listening to other cultural activists

He threatened to American imperialism

Constantly paraded from birth

Expertly and peacefully causing provocation

This revolutionary of self-determination

Pioneer of peaceful protest and demonstration

Has withheld from the violence and their control.

Although many ferociously hated President LBJ

Police of Kent State ready to Exchange blows

Edgar Hoover at the FBI talked about God

While covertly has neutralized opposition

Prepared for his assassination opponents

Spoke against communism and for the faith

Still Lennon spoke truth to their false face

Put himself into a furious storm of political fire

After a struggle of four-a-half year non-stop

John and Yoko became permanent residents

Dwelling in New York as antagonists Federal Gov't

Authority the Fed were spying and trying

To delete John any way they possibly could

Despite all the efforts of John demonstrated good

For Americans to expose the real dissidents

As infidels, the crafty distortionists

Who pervert and violated the Constitution

The Nixon, Hoover, the NSIs and other

These villains pseudo-patriotic, purporting

Implicated in guilt and blatantly indicted

John, America is raised and lovingly released.

John Lennon: He sent to Give Peace A Chance

He dreamed of world peace. He was an artist, poet and a voice openly hippy generation. He was an influential musician, a peace activist, an absent father and a submissive lover and husband. He abused alcohol and drugs, sneered to normalcy took time from his career of rock and roll to raise her son. But most of all, he was a Beatle. He was and still is, John Winston Lennon.

Born in Liverpool, on 9 October 1940, John Lennon was shot to death on 8 December 1980 by a fanatical fan. the world mourned his death as million grieved for the man who has been the heart and soul of the world's best rock and roll band, the Beatles.

Had an unusual childhood, shuttled back and forth between mother Julia and her sister Mimi. John spent his formative years in the end with his Aunt Mimi and uncle George and as Mimi, "his mind was going all the time, had both and drawing, or write poems or reading."

Still, he was an unruly, stubborn and disobedient, troubled youth. He was unable to art school, but swore to his aunt that "one of these days I'm going to be famous and you'll be sorry."John had a premonition of things to come as he knew it was a little different from that of most people. As he looked back, explained: "I always knew I was going to make it, but I wasn't sure where event. I knew it was only a matter of time. "

There are many words to describe John Lennon. He calls himself a leader, but he made some of his best works alone. He was an alleged wife beater, controversial quotes loc, the media often putting out; to make a point or just for being extravagant. But when he talked, people listened. The Beatles pushed further than any other musical group aign They quit touring. Their last concert was in San Francisco at Candlestick Park on 29 August 1966. They were that big. But, John thought that the concerts were just became a freak show, no one could hear the music and the only reason to be the Beatles was to do and play music.

The decision to close even touring came on the heels of one of the most controversial quotes in the history of rock and roll.In an interview, John has made the mistake of saying that the Beatles were more popular than Jesus. this quote caused a backlash with Beatle boycotts and public records burns. Their manager Brian Epstein, immediately organized a press conference and John reluctantly apologized and said what he said was wrong. Any person of another could say anything they like and then go to celebrities even bigger?

He was a partner with his boyhood friend, Paul McCartney, and together they have left a musical partnership and a heritage that are unparalleled for this day and may never be.The Beatles, with their producer George Martin, the music changed dramatically, with technical study which had never been attempted.

Have experienced the concept album with "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band," that the editors of the magazine Rolling Stone list as the greatest rock albums of the era of rock.

Had the attention of our Government, with its antiwar protests and at one point was under investigation by THE FBI.He sang of love and peace and to live in harmony, with all the people coming together as one. There are some who called him a genius. he could be bad, resentment and meanspirited. Fought his demons and it seems that he was winning, until 8 December 1980.

Remember we can only his career, from the beginning until the end and who doesn't know the story about the four Liverpool boys. joined the group that changed the history of rock and roll music.

We can only wonder what would John Lennon would be doing if he were alive today he would be like. active in promoting peace in the world Would he still be? create wonderfully crafted rock and roll songs? all we can do is Imagine, and that is the shame of it all.
